Live wholesale pricing
Other lenders hide their rates. Ours are right here.
Our guess: hidden pricing is high pricing. These are the wholesale rates we actually quote from, refreshed with every pricing update, because rates this sharp are pointless if nobody gets to see them. No sales pitch, no phone call, no hard credit pull.

And the lenders who won't show you a number
These lenders publish no priced offers. To see a rate, you enter a lead funnel first. That's a business model choice, and it's worth knowing before you hand over your phone number.

How to read this wall
Competitor numbers are each lender's own advertised headline offer, captured from the linked page on the date shown. Their sample scenarios differ from ours and from each other (loan sizes, credit tiers, and locations vary by lender; one lender's sample loan is $806,500, another's quote includes two points per its own fine print), so the honest comparison is rate, points, and APR together, which is exactly what the cards show. Most of these lenders can also charge origination, processing, and underwriting fees on top of the advertised numbers; their APRs absorb those fees when charged, and ours has none to absorb, because we charge none of the three. The national average is the Mortgage News Daily daily index, whose methodology reflects a top-tier scenario. Our card is a live wholesale engine quote for the same sample scenario as the board above; APR includes points and fees, and we charge no origination, processing, or underwriting fees on any loan. None of these figures is an offer of credit; every scenario prices individually, and rates move daily. If anything here is out of date, it gets corrected the day we see it. And if another lender beats us on your actual file, our published Best Price Guarantee pays you $500 (terms apply).
